We proudly offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee on all ice bath purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your ice bath within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

Conditions for the 60-Day Guarantee:

  • The ice bath must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

General Returns Policy (Beyond Satisfaction Guarantee)

If your return does not fall under the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee but meets the following criteria, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
  • Products must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Products returned beyond the 30-day return window (outside the 60-day guarantee).
  • Items returned without prior authorisation.

How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

       1. Contact Us:

  • Email our customer service team at hello@temptheory.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and shipping address.

        2. Pack Your Item:

  • Securely repack the product in its original packaging, including all contents (manuals, accessories, etc.).

       3. Ship Your Return

  • Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the product meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to decline the return or charge a restocking fee.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@temptheory.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or a full refund.
